Elizabeth (Liz) Neal is a women’s empowerment coach, founder of Mama Brain, and Certified Feminine Leadership Coach & Facilitator. 

A journalist and marketer of 15 years, Liz is embarking on a new chapter: raising a curious and radiant little girl, advocating for mamas and hosting mothers’ circles, and writing her first book in honor of her miraculous rainbow baby, Olivia. Liz is passionate about uncovering our deeper truths and untold stories, holistic healing, and feminine leadership.
